Volvo has launched two new versions of the Volvo V70 and Volvo S80 models, called Drive, which have a CO2 emissions level of 119 g / kg, and consumption of 4.5 liters per hundred kilometers.

This reduction in fuel consumption allows the owner of one of these models to tour 15,000 km per year, saving a total of 60 liters of fuel during this period. Furthermore, as the highway consumption is limited to 4.5 liters per hundred kilometers, 2010 Volvo V70 and Volvo 80 DRIVe models is possible to travel 1750 km without recharging the tank.
Volvo V70 and Volvo S80 models are equipped with a 1.6-liter diesel engine that generates an output of 109 hp, and is associated with a manual gearbox.
